Far asciugare per un paio di giorni&#8230; Tostare\u00a0leggermente le mandorle e far raffreddare.<\/p>\n<p>Mettere il sesamo dentro una pentola molto capace e far tostare\u00a0leggermente (5-10 min) e poi aggiungere\u00a0il miele e lo zucchero;<\/p>\n<p>Lasciar sciogliere per\u00a0bene il miele e lo zucchero e poi\u00a0aggiungere\u00a0 le mandorle tostate;<\/p>\n<p>Far cuocere\u00a0a fiamma\u00a0bassissimoa e far \u00a0colorire per bene tutti gli ingredienti, avendo cura di girare continuamente, senza\u00a0 lasciare mai; (Ci vuole circa un&#8217;ora o anche pi\u00f9).<\/p>\n<p>Quando la giurgiulena raggiunge un bel color ambrato, versarla sulla spianatoia inumidita con acqua e, con l&#8217;aiuto del mattarello, anch&#8217;esso inumidito, cercare di dare una bella forma rettangolare;<\/p>\n<p>Cospargere di codette, lasciar raffreddare (non tantissimo) e procedere a tagliare verticalmente e poi a rombi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Questi gli ingredienti: 1 kg. di semi di sesamo; 500 gr. di zucchero; 500 gr. di un buon miele; 800 gr. di mandorle; codette colorate; Pulire per bene i semi di sesamo eliminando tutte le pietruzze e foglioline poi\u00a0lavare\u00a0con l&#8217;aiuto della schiumarola e due ciotole grandi.
