In un tegame scaldate quattro cucchiai d&#8217;olio e soffriggetevi un ciuffo di prezzemolo e mezzo spicchio d&#8217;aglio tritati.<\/p>\n<p>Quando hanno preso colore unite la polpa di pomodoro. Salate, pepate e lasciate sobbollire per 5 minuti o poco pi\u00f9.<\/p>\n<p>Adagiate le triglie nella salsa e cuocete piano piano per 20 minuti. Muovete ogni tanto il recipiente per evitare che si attacchino sul fondo, ma evitate di girare i pesci per non rischiare di romperli.
